David Ruis has been trend-setting worship leader for well over a decade. His blend of electronica and world music form a unique and easily recognizable style all his own. His passionate translates into some of the most poignant and powerful lyrics in Christian music. Many of his lyrics and songs have become standard offerings among contemporary churches today. This includes such songs as “You’re Worthy of My Praise” and “Every Move I Make.” David is also known for his spontaneous renditions of his music. He has worked collaboratively with many other Christian artists and friends.

He has been involved in church planting and worship leading for many years. He spent years in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, building an inner-city church that ministered to the poor and addicts. David continues to travel internationally both speaking and leading worship across denominational lines. He lives with his wife Anita and their four children in Los Angeles, California.
